Шελρσπs: A far better fighter than his brother Deimos, Phobos is an archer with fear induced arrows. It is this bow that is his weapon of power.

Fυll Ƥнψsιςλl Dεsςгιρτισπ: He is cold and dark on the inside, but on the outside Phobos is a handsome youth with a well sculpted god's body. His eyes are a murky green-gray with twinges of brown and hazel flecked around. his hair is normally styled perfectly and holds a warm chocolate appearance. He stands about 6'0" even and is built in a way that he is compared by the god to Odysseus and vise versa.

Ƥεгsσπλlιτψ: Phobos will always choose survival first. Even if it slows him down from getting where he wants to go. Phobos is an unique individual. From the outside he can be a bit hard to understand. Often the exterior you see will not match the person inside. Usually portraying a tough but charming persona, Phobos is often internally insecure. As much armor as he puts up, he still needs love and encouragement from others, but he thinks it makes him look weak to admit it. In fact, Phobos rarely ever talks about himself or shares his troubles, yet he is among the best at listening and giving good advice. Such seeming contradictions are part of the intrigue and mystery of this god. holding over the fears and panics of mortals and gods he has been feared to even be called out by name without inflicting his power upon those who do so. He may be frightening, but on the inside he truly is a nice guy even to be so feared. Being weak is something that could get him kicked from his father's chariot quite fast which is certainly something he doesn't want.
It is very important for Phobos to think of himself as self-reliant, which he is, but he also needs to admit when he needs help, which he won't do. Instead, Phobos would rather slowly and steadily crawl toward his goals than risk appearing incapable or needy. Interestingly, it is often his independent successes that give him the confidence to progress in life. Over time, he will need to figure out that by accepting assistance from others, he can actually make it much farther in life. Should he not he may face a great deal of frustration, difficulty, and anxiety.
At his best, Phobos will find a balance in life that will allow him to reach his goals without burning himself out. At his worst the fear of lacking success can take over, making him greedy, narrow-minded, judgmental, and self-pitying.

Hιsτσгψ: Phobos was the result of Aphrodite's longest love affair. He and his twin brother Deimos were born first to Ares and Aphrodite. Their father couldn't be more proud of them and as their first children Aphrodite was quick to convince Zeus to give them power not only in her lover's dominion, but also her dominion of power. Deimos was given his more notable reign over Fear, Dread and Terror; Phobos was given his more notable reign over Panic Fear, Flight and Battlefield Rout. Together the twins represented the Fear of Loss of Love in their mother's dominion of power.
Phobos and his brother were also granted positions with their father in his battles as his charioteers. It was then that Phobos was given the appearance of a fearsome lion and Deimos took on the appearance of a ferocious wolf. Together the brothers never had to rely much on weaponry because their very names brought forth an internal fear that no man could avoid. Deimos wasn't much of the fighter anyway, but Phobos was a gifted archer.
Deimos and Phobos were both born on The Areopagus, the place where the first murder trial took place holding Ares accountable for murdering the son of Poseidon.
Phobos and his brother may have always been seen as a whole divinity, but in reality the two share very different personalities and concepts. Phobos was always considered and referred to as an individuals irrational fear, while Deimos was the irrational dread/fear of a multitude. Phobos could tap into an individual's personal fears and make them experience it to the worst extent while Deimos looked at a common fear in the big picture of an audience and made all feel the rising dread of such fears coming true. While Phobos worked on making people flee before their fears Deimos set in an anxiety allowing people to make their own fears come to life. Deimos is the reason so many have paranoia and anxiety, while Phobos is the reason that people are so afraid of certain things and the reason there's an endless number of Phobias.
Once people stopped fearing the names of Phobos and Deimos it became almost instant that the boys lost more than a fair share of their power, but in modern times they reacquired their power to the greatest extent once they learned to live from not the praise of mortals, but the very concept of fear in mortals. For as long as what the twins stand for lives in the hearts of mankind the twins can flourish stronger than ever.
