Incorrect page numbers and incorrect cover scan

The book which I’m reading (John Grisham, The Last Juror) has a different cover to what is on in Goodread (possibly the large hardcover). In GR it is showing total number of pages as 286. My version (Small paperback) has 505 Pages in total.
Per the ISBN is 0 09 945715 6

I’ve tried scanning the front cover to see if it brings up the book with my cover but it scans it incorrectly as a different John Grisham book.
