There is an awesome new group on Facebook called #giftabook

The page is pretty much about that, gifting books to other readers. You can add entry conditions to enter your giveaway like adding the book to their 'to-read' list on goodreads, or liking your fan-page.

You're not allowed to just do blatent self-promotion without doing a give away though.
