Best and Amazing Book that I cannot find due do overly used common words! Argh. help.

Genre: Fiction, Ironic Humor, Mystery, Business Fiction, Murder

Plot Details: A man and woman are hired to do typical business office work on floor number (?)....processing paperwork, listening to customers or reviewing something for BusinessX.

BusinessX also sells a highly regarded management/business consulting book that is constantly updated with new and innovative techniques.

The building is separated by floors with the workers and operations people on the ivory tower floor stick to themselves.

There are strict rules about people on floors not allowed to interact with the specific ivory tower type of floor.

The non ivory tower floors go thru management push, pull and stupid rules, deadlines and chaos....It is discovered through freaky stuff and craziness that the ivory tower floor is the floor that writes the books and all other floors below.....along with the accompanied chaos are test beds for the management theories and are therefore really Guinia pigs.

There is a murder in the plot too. WHAT IS THIS BOOK!? Help.

The writer reminded me of a Jasper Fforde or Tom Robbins humor and irreverence.
