We're using an online edition that we've developed together with a group at the University of Iceland, where you can hear verses read in the original Old Norse, see translations, get a concordance for each word, etc. Details here.

I had not read the Völuspá until I got involved in this project with the Icelanders, but everything people say about its influence on Tolkien is clearly true, and then some...
