Apprentice Hall is where young witches and voodoo princes go to practice their skills. It exists in a tunnels system under a sketchy looking lawyer's..shack type of thing. The owner of the shack actually has a granddaughter that is a witch and has been the 'gate-keeper' of the Hall for years.
