This book is about this boy named August and he looks... Different from normal kids, but when he starts going to school he gets bullied and then he meets summer who is really nice to August and is not mean to him and treats him like a normal kid.and then he meets jack who turns out to be his best friend. Eventually things start to get normal at Augusts school but then he has to make some hard choices on who he can really trust and who he can't trust. Then his sister via gets angry at Augusts mom and they get into a fight and August gets into it and then his feelings get hurt and then something sad happens. Soon they get over the sad thing that happens but will always remember her.so when August goes back to school he realizes that everything is normal. My favorite part is the last sentence in the book. (You HAVE to read this book)!!!!!
