Romeo and Juliet question

Hi I'd like some help finding a book a read a long time ago I can't remember much just snippets,
• teenage girl living with her dad
• the dads new girlfriend and her daughter move in
• three brothers (triplets) move in next door to them
• she ends up talking to the brothers and they end up going to her school
• girls best friend is a guy (think his name is cam) and her new "sister" doesn't like him
• I think there's a part in book when she walk down the drive way to wait for her friend when her new "sister" drives down and stops and says something along the lines of she'd be the perfect daughter her dad want and then the girls best friend turns up
That all I can remember unfortunately not sure what year it was written either so if anyone has any idea could you leave a comment thank you :)
