I appreciate the interest. I apologize for getting back to your reply late. I didn't see a reply in days so I lost track of future replies. The book is around 40,000 words. I was able to finally able to secure a few beta readers so I should be good for now. I'll keep you in mind for next time.

Hi, I could, if it’s in print
Please don't solicit for "honest" reviews here, J.U. It's against our rules. Also, since you don't need beta readers anymore, I'm closing this thread.

Description
Thinking about self-publishing but not sure where to start? Before you hit “Publish,” learn the important steps involved in the process so that you avoid the most common pitfalls that many new writers make. I will even explain what I mean by packaging and positioning in my brand new self-publishing guide that provides comprehensive, easy to follow steps on how to self-publish.
What I'm looking for:
-Is the development/presentation logical and simple to follow?
-Any gaps in my explanation, steps, etc.?
-What are areas in my writing that needs the most attention? (structure, pacing, grammar, etc.)
-Accuracy of statements made, word choice, etc.
-Consistency
-Other constructive feedback
Note: Subject matter experts on editing, self-publishing, cover design, formatting is a plus!
Please contact me here or PM if you are interested or have questions. Once accepted I will provide you the full draft.
Thanks in advance.
