From the reviews this one sounds like your book: The Queen's Consorts by Kele Moon (sorry, I can't add the link on the app). There was a very detailed description by Edina that matches most of yours!
The female protagonist doesn't know she's the secret queen, she was smuggled out of the city when she was younger. Her parents were murdered I think, and whoever is presently on the throne is a bitch and has corrupted the rest of court -- it was sort of Game of Thrones-esque.
The guards were grown up to be the mates for the queen, so they could protect her and care for her and ensure her happiness and therefore prosperity of the kingdom/city because her emotions are tied to the weather (it's always a joke when they have sex bc the weather is so nice)
She's working as some type of servant I think, and has never been into the city before but has to go for some reason, then I think she was also assaulted in the beginning and the two guards save her
The two guards have a mating bond for her that like clicks into place for them but they're trying to hide it from the present queen who I'm pretty sure poisons them with food that immobilizes them so that they will have sex with her
The guards also attempt to hide it from the secret queen so they don't endanger her. The guards are also together and have sex rather frequently I think
I think the queen also passes the guards around to the rest of her court making sure they're "serviced" properly. It's a very woman power society
The secret queen might be kind of immune to the effects of the poison fruit due to her powers.
There's also some kind of healing pool that they use frequently
The book ends with the guards and secret queen attempting to flee but they are betrayed and they are tortured in separate places, along with secret queen's best friend I think. Somehow the secret queen uses her powers and breaks free and eventually saves the guards
I know this book doesn't sound great, but i've been meaning to reread and can't find it, any suggestions are appreciated!
