Will someone please delete this non-author?

is the remnant of a mistaken series of quote attributions. I fixed the quotes, but the non-author page remains. Will someone please delete this?

There's a script that deletes those authors periodically.

I suspect it's not run very often, because I see them all the time. But supposedly it does exist and is used.
