Anika, I wanted to say thank you for your recommendation. Last night I purchased a very inexpensive Kindle ebook copy of The Travelling Cat Chronicles. I deliberately went in completely blind without reading anything about the book. I went to bed with my computer thinking I would read for an hour or so. No! At 4:30 my husband says, "What are you still doing awake?" I had no idea I had read for over 5 hours. I am halfway through. I completely love this book. I can feel it building, but I just love the construction. The split narrators is cool. The way one of the narrators deliberately visits the important loved ones from his past is a lovely way to let the story unfold.

I think that I will use it for 20.9 Women in Translation though.
