Review:
This is a really sweet opposites attract story between athletic, hunky electrician Brent and geeky accountant Logan.
I enjoyed re-reading it (*whispers* even though I have to admit that I still haven't watched a single episode of Doctor Who).
It's a short read, the perfect feel good book for in between. :)

Review:
This book was a short book about a college football player and his long term best friend. Sage and Jolie have been best friends since they were young. He lives with her instead of other football players. He realizes after one of his football player friends wants to ask her out that he actually wants to be the one with her. The book centers around their relationship going from friendship to more. It was a quick fast read and pretty good story line.

Review:
Just an okay read. Characters were kind of all pollyanna-ish. Which I knew going in they would be. Even the 'bad girl' villain turned out to be nice in the end. Not that she shouldn't but well, the story could have survived if she didn't redeem herself and maybe been more believable. It was a nice easy read to get through quickly, though.

Review:
This is a super cute series so far. Funny to say considering that our MC is a slightly depressed but highly intelligent SecBot (ie robot) who enjoys watching space operas above all else, and was investigating the massacre that he supposedly carried out in the past. (Murderbot is a "he" in my book.) Would be heavy stuff except the humor, and the charm of Murderbot, more than balances it all out.
I think the world building could be improved on, but then again these novellas are fairly short so I guess I can't complain too much. Loved the addition of ART, and loved how Murderbot tries to act human and how he always cares about his human clients even if he doesn't want to :)
There are 2 more novellas and then a full-length novel which I will definitely be reading. Not sure where his adventure will go next but I'm interested in finding out!

Review: Book two picks up after the events in book 1 and the acquittal of Syed in the death of his sub Jamie. Syed has been left heartbroken by the events. He and Jamie were together for 7 years and he loved him with all his heart. There were a few things that held Syed back from marring Jamie with one of them his family. They never accepted that both their sons, the first book is about his brother Aayan and his relationship with Syed's attorney Garrett. I would really recommend reading book 1. What I felt is that after 7 years, he was willing to start a relationship with Dashiell, who is second chair to his trial and works with Garrett, what I feel is so soon after all this goes down. It just felt too soon to me, but then again I can presume to know that type of heartache and how I would get on with my life. Dashiell is not in the lifestyle but he is submissive, but not in the same way as Jamie. One of the things that Dashiell thinks he needs to be is like Jamie, but Syed does get him to show that there are different types of BDSM and not all of them consists of the heavy play that Jamie needed. It was hard to get Dashiell to understand that what pleased Syed is pleasing his partner. We do get to find out who responsible and even though I felt sorry for one of the people involved, I didn't forgiven them by the end.

Review: My brain got a bit discombobulated because for some reason I keep refusing to read this series in order, but it made this no less enjoyable. There is plenty of recap to remind you of the ongoing saga. I LOVED Kit. Funny, charming, honorable, and definitely not boring. Lauren was complicated and delicious to watch Kit unravel like a deep mystery. She had so much depth and the reasons for her shell were heartbreaking and believable. I loved their story and didn’t want it to end.

Review: Ridiculous erotica at its best (worst?) lol. No setup, we just dive right in to sexcapades. Kate is fantasizing about the crew next door. She has been teasing one of the guys. They indulge in a romp, then admits she wants them all - together. Just her luck, they are all bi and regularly engage in group sex. So after playing voyeur once, she decides to join in. Some crazy pool sex follows. Just dirty good fun.

I read this for another group BOM - maybe you did too. It was a great read just for the fun factor ;-)
Way to go all! This is my 5th or 6th or 7th (I've lost count) time playing and I've never been on a winning team! Woohoo!!!
Awesome job y'all! Thanks for being a fun team to play with. I'm not sure if I've been on a winning team before either. There may have been one but I'm not sure. I came home and holed up in my bedroom last night and told John that I had to read.
