SOLVED. Romance-Treasure hunter falls in love while looking for a lost shipwreck

Hello, I'm looking for a romance novel about a treasure hunter who is looking for a shipwreck on an island. I first read this book in middle school so around 2007-2010. The remember the book had a bluish cover with a blond man and a dark haired women on the cover holding eachother on a beach near a fallen or bent tree.

The main female character is described as a tan, slim tall women. I remember that there is a chapter where they swim behind a waterfall on the island. The male character i believe has two children in his care. At the end of the book the bad guys come and try to take the information that they have about the shipwreck and during this time theres a hurrican or storm and the two main characters/love interests have to hide behind the waterfall and wait it out to stay safe.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
