Well I have his gifs up now :P which is half the struggle. Hoping to have him done Saturday 'cause tomorrow's gonna be a little crazy.

Yeah I feel like they flesh out the character <.< but at the same time they take a while.
And are really frustrating if you can't find any for your person.
I'm so picky about my gifs, I spent hours on the ones for Pepper.

Haha that's why I do them before everything else. If the FC doesn't have many I just put quotes but it doesn't look as good.
I choose the face claim based on appearance because that sometimes helps.
I can usually manage okay, I can usually find something from Tumblr.
I used one face claim once where I could literally find just four or five images on the person. It was frustrating.
Christopher Wood was like that Dx I'm lucky I found what I found. There was literally only 2-5 images of him that were usable which I used :P

Could I make a guy for Axel or Rose ^^ maybe he fools around/teases both of them, and he's more so the tech guy and he's trained in killing but has never actually done so??

That could work- maybe they take him hostage so he won't tell anyone, but he complains about their lack of efficiency and technicalities. And then they think it would be a good idea for him to be an additional part Of the team. But he's always felt like a third wheel. Also FC Jamie Campbell or Tim Borrmann
