in the beginning the girl moves to join this team she had taken some time off because she was in an accident and the other person didn't make it. she accidentally hooked up with someone on the team but she ends up liking a different member but there is a no dating policy. Towards the end her new team is in an accident and another team member blames her and her "boyfriend" for not saving a different member.

I know that this is a part of a series with another book having a character as a smoke jumper/firefighter with a pregnant girl.
