I've added your book to your profile: names in the author fields need to be exactly identical for a book to go into the correct profile, which was also why the various editions of Bangkok Blondes wouldn't combine. I've merged the extraneous profiles and updated the information for the editions. Let me know if I've missed anything!

Hi Alex - wow so fast! - yes that looks good to me. Bangkok Blondes was added by the publisher and there may have been some inconsistencies. But now it all works. Thank you again.
