I read this in January so will check and see what everyone thought later this month!
Iāll join in the discussion. I started reading TCoMC about a month ago and Iām only on page 276 as of today. I was reading other books at the same time so I havenāt been giving it my full attention.
I would love to join this buddy read. I have never done a buddy read before and havent read The Count of Monte Cristo yet. I will have to root through my shelves to find my copy.
Amanda this is my first and second buddy read as well first is this month, The Shock Doctrine and the Count of M.C.
The conflict between the characters at the start is really interesting!

Where is everyone up to? Iāve only just got to 20%...
Iām on page 430 (33%) and itās taken me since January to get this far. Iām surprised itās taking me so long to get through this book. Iām enjoying the story well enough but find myself reaching for other books instead of this fir some reason.
