Carlton Morley, Scotland Yard chief inspector, apparently is dispensing some nighttime vigilante justice for criminals who escaped judgment. Your thoughts?

All I know is I can't wait to read his book. He's one of my favorite characters. I'm assuming his story will center around who killed his sister.

Still waters run deep with this guy. I didn't really see him as the vigilante type, but he cares for his city and the people in it. It was a time when justice was very much for sale to those with wealth and title.

Whoa! I did NOT see that coming!!! Morley just got more interesting. And, I agree with Robin that his dead twin sister factors greatly in his upcoming story.

Currently, it’s the last book that’s scheduled for release. No details yet.

Yes, there are definitely some hints at that. Not sure it means he is actually dispensing vigilante justice though... time will tell.

I've always been intrigued by his character and look forward to his book.
