We learn that Liam brought Hamish to the Home Office, threw him upon the mercy of the crown and watched his execution for war crimes. How do you think this sits with Liam?

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2993 comments Hamish was twisted in the same way his father was. Not turning him in for his war crimes would have not turned out well. As it was, Liam has to live with the fact his brother was a monster and that he did his duty in turning him in.

In his head, Liam probably has it all straight. But in his heart? This was a brother he once would have died for and almost did. It has to weigh heavily that he had to help end his brother’s life. Having a loving family around him now makes a difference.

Lauren (laurenjberman) | 1812 comments I think that whatever love Liam once had for his brother died when he realized the depths of Hamish's depravity.

It's possible that all he felt at Hamish's death was relief that he was no longer a threat to his family.
