Trip (shardsofromance) | 2210 comments Thank you Diane ~firefly~
So far I've read The Supes by Matthew Pritt and What a Dragon Should Know (Dragon Kin, #3) by G.A. Aiken both of which were 4 star reads! The Supes definately involved a lot of bravery and was so unique in its look at superheroes which was lovely xx What a dragon should know had one of my favourite female leads ever now in Dagmar and managed to make me love Gwenvael too.

Glad you enjoyed them Laura!

Becca (becca16) | 293 comments I've finished Burn for Me (Hidden Legacy, #1) by Ilona Andrews and The Testing (The Testing, #1) by Joelle Charbonneau so far this month for this challenge. I enjoyed them both and look forward to the next books in their series. I should be able to finish 1 or 2 more in the next week and change, but I'm still on hold for most of the rest. Hold times for ebooks are skyrocketing now that people are getting tired of bingeing Netflix haha

Hey Becca!
I’m up to 3 now, having spent most of yesterday with my nose buried in Tinderbox! OMG OMG OMG that was SO GOOD!!!! I’ve already downloaded the Audible books for the other three in the series since they are free on Audible Escape right now and I can’t go to the library to pick up the physical book!

Hoping to get a fourth book done before the end of the month, though having my whole family at home while I work at home is making having any time to myself very difficult! :-X

Hope you’re managing well!

Read:
Tinderbox (Flashpoint, #1) by Rachel Grant Beard Necessities (Winston Brothers, #7) by Penny Reid The Bridge Kingdom (The Bridge Kingdom, #1) by Danielle L. Jensen

I finished this and really enjoyed it, thanks for the push to read.
One For The Wedding (By The Numbers, #1) by Jane Cousins

I also picked up this for my kindle, but not sure if I'll get it read this month or not.
Kiss a Girl in the Rain (Take a Chance #1) by Nancy Warren

LOL! RIGHT?! I was surprised, but I think it’s partially because of all this virus drama going on that Audible is adding extra material! YAY for us! :D

Hello MountainKat. I got to a few of your picks this month. I don't think I will have much more time to read over the next few days so I'll stop here, hoping to finish the last one on the list. Thanks so much for your great picks. With the physical library closed, I became a bit limited on which ones I could find, but it worked out in the end!

I read:
A Kiss at Midnight (Fairy Tales, #1) by Eloisa James
To Sir Phillip, With Love (Bridgertons, #5) by Julia Quinn
Hot Winter Nights (Heartbreaker Bay, #6) by Jill Shalvis
Royally Matched (Royally, #2) by Emma Chase (I'm in the middle of the audio, but threw it on here because I know I'll finish it while packing boxes).

The historicals were both solid 3 stars. I liked them both. I was a bi disappointed by Sir Phillip with Love, I felt like Eloise's personality was completely different from other books. But man did I laugh when her brother's showed up.

I gave hot winter nights 4 stars. I don't know why I've been avoiding Jill Shalvis recently, she's always been a favorite. Thanks for the push to get back into that series!

I'm guessing Royally Matched will also be 4 stars, but I'll let you know for certain when I finish it.

Jessi Combs (jessicombs92) | 10 comments This month has been nuts. My hubby was laid off due to the pandemic. Thankfully I work in healthcare so I am considered essential. On the other hand it means I've had to pick up a ton of extra work! I was only able to read one book. This whole month. I usually read 2-3 a week!! Anyway I think it was Laura who picked for me.
I read Love, Beer and Chocolate by Violet Duke. I loved the good natured banter between Luke and Dani. This story was super sweet in a hallmark movie sort of way with a healthy dose of steamy PDA. I don't wanna spoil it for anyone by leaving to many story details but If your a sucker for hallmark movies and don't mind a little steam this is a good read for you!

This month was really tricky for me, more than likely has been for everyone. My little family and I were supposed to be going on a road-trip from Victoria to Western Australia, but with everything going on we made it six days in before turning around and coming home. I downloaded and packed all the picks I owned, but never actually read any of them.

I did manage to get three read before we left though;
Australia by Skye Warren
Tangled Beauty (Tangled, #1) by K.L. Middleton
Wasted Words (The Austen Series, #1) by Staci Hart

Nancy H | 1111 comments Hi Chaos,
It sounds like you have had a tough month, and I am sorry to hear that. I have only read two books from the list myself this month, and the second one was actually an earlier one in the series, since I hadn't read up to the one on the list. That one was really good, and was Murder in the Village.

The other one was good also: Premeditated Peppermint

I will definitely read more on the list but just not by the end of tomorrow!

Gabriella | 203 comments Hi, KathyD!

I reread Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, this time the illustrated edition, and got to remember some things about the series I had already forgotten. Didn't feel like reading much during this quarantine, so it's the only one completed :)

Hey Becca,
Well I wasn’t able to get another book from your list in this month... just so much going on between working from home and managing the kids. By time I put them to bed I’m so tired I can’t focus! Hope you had better luck and hope you find some goodies to read in April! :)
