"In general? I don't dislike them, that's for sure. Your horse? I don't know, I have this strange feeling when I see your horse. Like there's something that bonds us together," he walked closer to Roan and that horse. "Must be the fact that we have same name." he crooked a smile at Roan, it was a 'Perry's thing', the crooked mocking smile that both so aggravating and somehow astonishing. Although half of his face was covered with the big vintage sunglasses, he had this 'come-on-brother-who-do-you-think-I-am-?' expression.
"Woy, really? A grandma? Vintage sunglasses are cool! And I am a dude." he protested as he removed his glasses and pulled off his hand, ruffling his hair. "Considering what I am doing out here right now, yes, you can say that I'm hiding from Grandmother."
"Yeah, him too." he nodded. "Actually, I'm hiding from every adults inside the Palace. They keep telling me not to wandering around, because I'm not supposed to meet the selected girls yet, accidentally or not. That's why I'm wearing this uniform." he explained. "Can't stay in my room any longer, it's killing me."
"Wait, you don't know that the girls are here already?" he asked. "One of them is going to be your sister in law, Roan. Show some royal spirit." Perry laughed, looking at his brother. Perry was considered oblivious, but Roan? It was a whole different story.
((Roan is too cute, I can't even--))
"Ah, you one lucky horse..." Perry muttered, looking at Percy. "And really pretty too. You do take a very good care of Percy." he said, amused. "Ugh, it's so weird to call your horse like that, it's like calling myself. But it's a horse. With my name. But it's your horse. I don't know if I have to be happy or not." Perry frowned, babbling like always.
((Perry: "vintage sunglasses are cool!!!"
I wonder if he actually sneaked into barracks and stole the uniform.))
I wonder if he actually sneaked into barracks and stole the uniform.))
[Perry reminds me of the 11th doctor, and I mean that with so much affection because the 10th doctor is my love but the 11th is my baby]
"But look where that hatred brought you, brother. You end up loving this horse." he crooked a smile again. "Nah, I'm good. You do what you want to do." he waved his hand casually. "Speaking of horse, it has been ages since the last time you and I went horseback riding together, no?" It was true, thou, happened after he got a car. But then again, it wasn't his greatest trait, unlike his brother.
((I don't know, maybe Perry is something between 10th and 11th. xDDD))
"Oh, you give me that look again." he moaned, and then laughed again. "Do I have any other choice?" Perry shrugged. Roan had this look sometimes, that made it impossible for other people to say no to him. "Alrighty, then. Let's go for a quick ride."
Perry approached that black horse. Black, and shining; two things that Perry liked, combined. "Oh yes, you're perfect." he grinned at Blackjack, and slowly petted him. "I think this horse likes me." he said, with excitement written all over his face, when the horse nudged, and slowly put his head on Perry's shoulder.
"Of course he is! You like me, innit?" he petted the horse again and Blackjack nudge again. He put back his disguise kit--the hat, and the sunglasses- before he turned to Roan, "One ride. And no telling people that this is me on a borrowed guard uniform."
"Woy, wait for me. I don't excelled this stuff better than you." Perry said with a small laughter. He mounted the horse, swung his leg over Blackjack. He squeezed the horse with his calves and finally the horse moved forward.
Suddenly Blackjack ran faster and it took few seconds for Perry to steadying himself. "Easy, mate. Easy..." he told the horse. When he was sure that he won't fall and ready, he speeded up. "Okay, mate, show me what you've got."
"Damn, that horse is fast." Perry muttered. "Come on, you and me, mate, against them. Jump!" Blackjack jumped over the fence and race faster. In a couple of minutes, they finally reached Roan and Percy, riding side by side. "Holly Smoak, I almost forgot how exciting this is!" he said loudly, full with joy and zealously.
"Alrighty. It is on, brother!" Perry grinned, he leaned forward and squeezed his legs a little bit tighter as a signal so Blackjack would move faster. The wind was harsh, but the sunglasses helped him to ride without squinting his eyes, but at the same time, his vision went a little bit too dark.
At that point, there was no way Perry could catch up with Roan; not only that because he never been a good rider, but also because he was too stubborn by not removing his sunglasses, which obviously was not meant for riding a horse in full speed. The dodging was easy for his brother, but brutal for him, and again he was too stubborn to slowed down. Halfway there to the stables, he accidentally pulled the rein too hard and it caused Blackjack to jerked up, and on another second, Perry found himself fell hard on the ground. Like he always did when he went for horseback riding back in old days. Groaning, he tried to get up and whistled, calling back Blackjack who was about to left him. After Blackjack came back, he sighed and leaned his forehead on the horse's. "Just fyi, I don't blame you. Well, 12%, I'm blaming you for 12% of this." he muttered. "Come on, let's just walk back to the stables. It's so much more romantic that way."
"No, don't yell now. My head still hurts." Perry covered one of his ear with one hand. He squinted his eyes, trying to ignore how painful it was to fell from a horse while not wearing proper safety gears; it was lucky, thou, because he thought fast, quickly rolled over when he fell so his head won't be first that hit the ground. "I did forgot how fun it was, this riding thing. But I also forgot why I stopped; I always fell." he said.
"Oh, trust me. I always falling. Well, most of the time. Actually, everytime I try to race against you." he said. "And of course it's not that bad, I fell from a horse, I didn't wear any proper safety gear, people were watching, and I was mentally hurt because my pride had been ripped away from me. Yeah. I'm totally fine." Perry laughed. Somehow, his obvious sarcasm was overshadowed by his ability to laugh at everything, honest to goodness. "Dang, will I ever be cool again? I work hard on my cool image. Falling from a horse is obviously not on my cool-list."
"That's the thing about mother, Roan. She loves you unconditionally no matter how skewed you are. For infinite period." he said. "But, let's face it. Like it or not, I still have to get into the good side of people around Illea. If I'm cool, they'll like me, and they will trust me. At least that's what I expect to happen. Besides, I like to see it as an advantage for me. Good for my character development, something like that."
"Yeah, because of that." Perry answered. Something about his brother's voice was different, like it was a statement he didn't like--or want to happen-. Perry rarely talked about it, about him being a King one day whatsoever--honestly, he didn't want to think about it-. He knew one day he has to shake it off; the old, foolish and happy youth he had, and took the responsible to run the kingdom. Priority would change for everybody, not just for him. One day, eventually.
"But, you know," he shrugged. "It's not a fixed thing. If I die, or do something extremely stupid that makes me lost my privilege of the throne, then our brother will be the King. And if he does something extremely stupid that makes him lost his privilege of the throne, you're next in line, brother."

And if he does something extremely stupid that makes him lost his privilege of the throne, you're next in line, brother."
Perry furrowed his brows, something took over Roan's thought, fussing inside his head--it wasn't on his nature to get his mood drastically changed like that-. The air went heavier since they mentioned about 'King' thing--but let's face it, even for Perry, it was also not a topic of conversation he considered as fun-. Perry turned around and ran after his. Unflustered and relaxed, he walked side by side next to Roan.
"Something bothers you." Perry said; not a question, more like an observation--a statement that he was aware of the answer-.

Perry snorted. "Nah, I don't think so. You? Mad? It takes more than that to push your button, Roan." he said. "Do you want to tell me the real reason, or do you want me to go all profiler on you?"
((I am going to bring Perry to Hallway 2 to bump into Meli's Claudia thou. xP three of us can RP there if it's okay with her))
[No problem! Seriously take your time and (haha no my posts are usually filler and I just use longer words to make them seem less sucky than they actually are) don't sweat it; I don't know how you make actually good posts on your phone, my phone posts usually consist of three sentences filled with spelling errors...]
Lilia ran through the grassy area, on her way to the royal stables. She may not be a Schreave, but she was still a princess. Though, that statement was questionable by itself. Lilia, sounds like a very well-mannered name, right? Well, not for this Lilia. She was much more of a tomboy than a princess, and she spent most if her time blowing things up with Charlie and Roan or outside running around or doing archery. Sometimes even climbing trees, which was what she was set on for today. Lilia arrived at her favorite tree to climb, just next to the low roof of the stables, and quickly scrambled up the tree, using thick and thin branches alike. Making sure no one was around, Lilia stepped onto the roof that one of the branches conveniently was right next to, and sat down on the slightly-sloped top.
[Completely fine, I'm still suffering from writer's block so my posts will also be rather dismal]
Orlando, for once, was not on guard duty. Steinberg had given him two hours of free time, looking at him gruffly and telling him he deserved the rest. After all, Lando hadn't slept for roughly 36 hours thanks to the various enigmatic threats he had recieved from the Southern rebels, not to mention the sheer amount of pressure concerning the Asian war, which was, at this point, inevitable. His hair was perfectly groomed, gel holding it in place-- instead of sleeping, like he should be, he had decided to take a stroll. He had always loved horses-- their loyalty and hard-working nature appealed to him more than humans, and he thought he would make use of his time off to maybe take a ride, Whistling a simple folk tune, hands in his pockets, the amount of pressure and stress crashing upon him was almost imperceptible, and for once, Lando looked eighteen, youthful and carefree.

Lilia was resting calmly and for once, peacefully, on the roof of the stables. She had escaped the palace, a.k.a her mother, wearing only a small comfortable blue dress. If she had been caught wearing that by her mother, she would've been sent to change into some frilly pink dress to see the selected girls. The selected. Lilia groaned a bit. At least she would have something to tease Perry back with, now. It was his fault, really, for calling her Lily all the time. She guessed he didn't deserve those slaps, but they had been awfully fun to do, so she ignored it. Suddenly, Lilia heard a faint sound-like a whistle-and sat up. She noticed one of the guards, who she assumed was on break, and she lay back down, trying to hide as much as possible. She had already been found once by a guard, and was forbidden to do it again. Who knew what would happen if this guard told her mother about it. Lilia closed her eyes and hoped he wouldn't see her, but knew it was unlikely that would happen because of the rather short height of the stables.((http://picture-cdn.wheretoget.it/10jn...))
Orlando heard a rustle in the leaves above him, and his ears, so trained for noises that didn't belong, perked up as did his eyes, to find a girl in a rather short dress trying to stay hidden in the foilage, and failing miserably. Sharp eyes, blonde hair, he registered that it was the rogue Princess Lilia, and looked up calmly, the nonchalance vanishing all too quickly but the youth still twinkling in his eyes, fading, but faiding slowly. "Your majesty," He greeted, giving a bow, a stick-straight, proper bow which would look stiff on everyone and anyone except Orlando, whose form was always straight, always alert and yet somehow relaxed at the same time, somehow natural. "Excuse me for interrupting, for I know it is not in my position to question the royalty, but isn't her majesty supposed to be attending the royal dinner, at the moment?" His tone was polite, good-humored. If it was a rebuke, it didn't sound like one.
Lilia sighed, of course he saw her. The guards were trained to see and hear things around them that seemed unnatural or unusual. "Well, yes, I suppose. But who would sit in a stuffy room, in a frilly, uncomfortable dress your mother chooses, filled with 35 brats trying to compete for your cousin's marriage while you could be roaming about outside in a comfortable attire you chose yourself? And without even mentioning the peace and tranquility found here, and most definitely not in there." Lilia stayed where she was, though she assumed she should be climbing down from the roof right about then. If she was going to be caught and get in trouble for climbing up here again, she might as well get as much out of it as she can.
If Orlando had been on duty, if he wasn't in so relaxed, so boyish a mood, if this had been just any other day, if the princess's argument hadn't made so much sense, he would've led her back to her room, tipped his guard's hat (which he wasn't wearing-- it was the rare occasion where he wasn't wearing his uniform at all, opting for a plain white t-shirt and jeans) and given her up to whatever "hell" was waiting for her on the other side. But he wasn't on duty, and he was so relaxed, so young, he felt eighteen today, and he understood, understood that the outdoors, the fresh air, was so much more freeing than the rooms, however large, inside, even if that meant one had to hide in a tree.
And so he gave a smile, a polite smile which somehow reached his eyes, swallowed back his laugh, and merely nodded, replying, "If that is what the princess pleases, I will not intrude."
And so he gave a smile, a polite smile which somehow reached his eyes, swallowed back his laugh, and merely nodded, replying, "If that is what the princess pleases, I will not intrude."
Lilia grinned back, relieved that he was not going to be taking her back to the castle. Finally, a normal person somewhere in this crazy castle! "You aren't going to tell my mother, though, are you?" she asked nervously. "Oh, and you don't have to be so proper around me, if you don't want. I don't mind, and I know, it can be quite annoying at times to be proper for so long. For me, at least." Lilia smiled again before standing up on the roof and looking around. You could practically see the entire castle from how far away the stables were. "Would you like to come up here, or shall I come down now?"
"Oh, Her majesty Louise will know nothing," Orlando assured her with a boyish grin which fit his face much better than the polite smile he wore before. His hands were back in his pockets, and even though he looked up, quite literally, at the princess, there was no hint of submission. A slight hint of reverence, a dash of embarassment, most definitely, but he somehow seemed to cast the authority to Lilia, not the other way around. "Your majesty, on or off duty, you are still a princess, while I am merely a guard. I don't believe it's in my place to lose my sense of propriety," He replied, his voice becoming quieter, the grin sliding off. If the seargant was here, would he approve? Approve of letting this poor princess go undetected, if only for an hour or two? Did he dare defy proper decorum?
He was off-duty. He had come here to ride horses. If an excuse he must make, he would make one, pretend he had never seen the girl in the tree. It had been too long. Too long had the word duty been ingrained in his mind, a drum, constantly beating. For this once, he wanted to find what little peace, what little freedom he could. He would let it slide. Just this once. Duty still lurked in the back of his mind, but the loud beat had softened into mere accompaniment.
"Whatever pleases her majesty," He replied, ducking his head, looking like a fourteen year old boy being addressed by the most popular Senior girl at school, but straightening up again a moment later.

Lilia smiled but rolled her eyes at the same time. "I did mean it. You don't have to act like that around me. And it isn't some test or something for your sergeant. I promise. There has to be some fun in you somewhere, and I'm going to find it. First of, what's your name? I'm at a high disadvantage, for you know mine but I don't know yours." Lilia smiled and sat down on the edge of the roof to be closer to him, as it was slightly awkward standing in the tree talking to him. She wondered if every guard was like this. Probably not. At least this one, whatever his name was, let her stay here. That's more than many, or all, of the others would do. It's something, at least. Lilia had to be able to thank him, and there was no way she could do that if she didn't even know his name.((Oh my god, he is so adorable!! Sorry, I'm not very creative right now XD So she's not that good right now))

After his meeting with Emerson, Perry didn't returned to his room. Instead, he wandered around the Palace with that guard uniform and perfect--but weird- disguise; his favourite 70s sunglasses. Should he went back? And spent the rest of his days watching movies? Nah, that would be too miserable. He went outside, headed to the Stable where he was definitely sure he would find one person he wanted to see on a time like this, his brother.
When he arrived, like he expected, Roan was there already, like he always did every single day. He approached him and said, "Good day, Prince Roan! How's Illea's favourite baby Prince doing today?"
