Chambers Mars | 1 comments Does anyone else here write in English as a second language? If there are, how do you make sure that you are keeping your language contemporary?

Morey | 24 comments I don't know about writing in a second language specifically, but in general everybody should use a professional editor before publishing anyway.

I would assume that any editor worth his/her salt would be able to smooth over any rough patches caused by your unfamiliarity with contemporary language. I am of course assuming you're still fluent, but just not a natural native speaker, so any problems would be relatively minor.
