Been reading bits of the 53rd edition of “Army Officer’s Guide.”

Will do a marathon read of part II “Service as an Army Officer” and post relevant parts pertaining to ethics.

I found this guided meditation to be interesting. I’ve always found mindfulness meditation to be a great tool for training the mind to be less irrationally reactionary when it comes to stimuli. Enjoy.
