One question

I was wondering if he ever did a follow up book about the conference at the end. It seemed like there was no way that he could not. It was such a great ending and I feel like somewhere.... we need to pick up where he left off. (I really do wonder why he never did a follow up on it.) Perhaps, I should start a blog somewhere but for now... any ideas or thoughts following the very last thing they talked about at the conference?
