3 of a kind - 3 of the same number-Read 1 book with three of the same letter in title (i.e. Northern Exposure (3 e's)
4 of a kind - 4 of the same number- Read 1 book with at least 4 of the same things on the cover (i.e 4 legs, 4 eyes, 4 noses)
Full House - 2 of the same number and 3 of the same number - Read 1 book with a 2 in page count and read 1 book with a 3 in page count.
Sm.Straight - 4 numbers in a row (i.e. 2,3,4,5) - Read 2 consecutive books in a series (i.e. book 2 and 3, book 1 and 2)
Lg.Straight - 5 numbers in a row (1,2,3,4,5 or 2,3,4,5,6) Read an Anthology
YAHTZEE - (5 of the same number)-Read any book of your choice
Chance - (for when your roll doesn't fit anywhere else)- Read a book by a new author, take a
chance ;)
Sorry in advance if I mess up posting my books I missed January and February so I will read a book for each month one that's been on list for a long time. I will try to add to this post when I have chosen and got them here this weekend ..

Here is the Alternate Task for April-
April- Read a book with a weapon on the cover or used in story (you can be creative with what you think could be used as a weapon).

I can't find where you might have posted your challenge. If you have not posted it in this thread, read through the first page of this thread to get an idea of how to post the challenge. You can post it once and keep updating the original post if you'd like.

I did post it in Jan & feb & tried to post to march but couldn't find it. I also rolled each month & I'm getting the newsletters. So confused!

You don't have any Yahtzee posts in your comment history for this group except for today and one other that is incomplete, message 122. Maybe they didn't save? Do you think you can remember what you rolled and what you've read so far? You can just repost with the updated info.

My posts in other groups haven't been showing up where I bookmarked them. I book mark the comment link, but when I go to the group, it may be 10 or more posts in either direction. Try scrolling down first and go at least ten posts. It might just be a glitch in the system.
This is probably a stupid question but how do you bookmark? I'm very new to this. Thanks for helping.
I'm not sure what internet browser you are using, but they all are pretty similar. The first thing you want to do is right click on the link for your post. It's up in the bar above your text in the date/time of your post. Right click on the time and select Copy Link.Then go to the very top of your screen. You should see a menu that says: File, Edit, View, etc. There should be a "Bookmarks" option, or you may have a button on your toolbar that says "add bookmark"
Click that button, if an address automatically pops up in the options window, deleted or backspace over it, then paste your post address in that box. Give it a name (for example, for this thread I use Yahtzee Tracking Post and click "add."
Whenever you want to go back to your Yahtzee thread, you just go back to your bookmarks and click on the link. Once you get familiar with adding bookmarks, you can edit them and arrange them in folders, or however you'd like them to be. I have all of my challenge bookmarks in a folder titled "GRs" (Goodreads).

Hi Dee,The GR page count should be used and if there isn't one listed then the Amazon, AllRomance, etc. can be used.
No need to post source of page count, if you've found it and just post the number of pages, that's all you need :)

that's what I figured - trying to figure out if I want to go with Full house or 3 4's - I need to review my challenge books for the month ;)

Check through this thread for ideas of how to set up your challenge post. You will need to complete the Alternate Tasks for January-April and then you will be set to roll at the end of this month for May.

Six word titles are not easy to find! But I did and it had an embrace on the cover, so it worked in the monthly too! =)
For 4 word Titles if it starts with The can we ignore "The" when counting the # of Words?

You need to count the 'The'. All words in the title count for the # of words in title categories.

Yes! You can stil join. You need to read the Alternate Tasks for January, February, March and April. You are on time to roll for May - between April 25 - May 5.
