There's a lot behind this story that I haven't explained and at the same time I was finding more out about it. And my other friend was molested when she was like 5. She's not crazy though she actually inspired my mental friend to make that up
It's not impossible, that she was raped. And if she was, you are not giving her the benefit of the doubt. Kinda like Rachel/Rachell from Speak, in the beginning.

The stories I've heard involve people doing it, because it gives them an adrenaline rush, and it makes the feel released from the stress or emotional baggage of everyday life.
