She doesn't know that I know that she cuts, so I can't just talk to her about it. It sucks. I had to find out through another friend, who really isn't even doing anything about the situation.
She told my other friend (friend A), and I found out through her (friend A) by accident.

I have a friend whose stepdad molested her when she was like 7 and now she has made a shank out of safety scissors and her arms look like hell

She's already depressed severely and things have been set in motion. If she had told some one 6 years ago some things would have been different.
