Raven Forrest (ravenforrest) | 8 comments Stephen King learned to write by reading books, understanding how it's done. Now a days, He reads up to 100 Books a year (practically 10 Books Per month), so I'm going to start small with 36 Books in 1 year. So does anyone want to join?

RULES:
Book must be Novel Size (novellas and short stories usually come together with a bunch of others to make a single book)
HAVE FUN:)

Allison | 679 comments Hahahahaha, I've already finished this challenge once this year, and like three times last year without even trying. :)

Raven Forrest (ravenforrest) | 8 comments Well, I guess I'm behind all of you. Maybe you guys should be the ones challenging me.

Raven Forrest (ravenforrest) | 8 comments Do any of you how I could make this so that it can be a challenge for people in the club to say "yes, no, maybe"? I mean the ones you get confrontations on so it's easier to have discussion post setup.

I'm not sure what you mean ... could you clarify?

Maybe we could have some kind of yearly reading challenge folder for 2015, but people could set their own goals. That is, each person could have their own topic where they say "I'm going to read X amount of books this year" and then use the thread to keep the group updated on their progress. I've done this in other groups on Goodreads and it seems to work well.

Allison | 679 comments Yeah, because some people have tighter schedules than others. Like, my social life is almost non-existent so I can finish about a book a week.
