I followed a couple of the links after going to IndieReader.com and it looks like there's a minimum fee of $150. Did you have to pay a fee? If so, do you think you'll make back the money you spent? Or are you not really concerned about paying for a service as long as it gets you enough exposure.

Of course, if you don't feel comfortable talking about this, no problem :)

Dean Cole (deanmcole) | 7 comments I paid the same price as the numerous authors that received one and two-star reviews. Primarily, the payment affords your work the opportunity to be seen. Secondly, if you receive a four or five star review, your book is added to the Edelweiss list. You'll be listed alongside traditionally published works from Penguin, Random House, and more as an up and coming book.

That was just for the review. Being named a Best of 2014 was an unexpected bonus, a very good bonus.

I am in this for the long haul. So, even if the cost for this one title doesn't payoff, I'm efforting to create a brand, one that hopefully helps launch future works to higher altitudes.
