Making a character isn’t too hard, but there’s still rules to it: -a character’s power cannot be too powerful, but multiple characters can have the same power. -a character does need powers if you want them to be in MAPA -the age range of the characters is 13-20, but i can make acceptions, so long as you ask first. -all characters must be allowed by ME, no one else. -no more than 4 characters.
