here in this story the detective is stuck in a hotel where a waiter or mechanic or some ordinary guy asks him to help him find his love who is missing he tells him she is a maid but in the its not the case

This sounds like one of the Labours of Hercules. In the third story, "The Arcadian Deer", Poirot's car has broken down, and the mechanic asks for his help finding his missing girlfriend.
