Let us shall!Is there any specific setting? Because I have a character I'd like to use; he's Italian.
Lol i never said i payed attetion in geography! :)
Hahaha :D well they speak Italian in Malta and Switzerland... lol
Do you have a template of sorts you like to use?
The ball was soon to begin. Giuliano was dressed one of his finest outfits: materials of reds and silvers and golds, a white collar; he pushed his hair from his eyes and stood in the courtyard of the palazzo where he lived."Brother, where are you?" he called.
"Leave me alone, I don't want to go to this stupid ball."
"Too bad," he called back, "Get down here!"
Lena smiles as she puts on her dress as she laughs along with a few of her friends. They all do their hair together, getting ready for the ball which she never planned on going to but her friends had tickets to go to the ball so she descided to go
"No!" his brother called back."What are you doing, you weirdo, reading Plato?" He asked, coming inside to find him.
"It's Marcus Aurelius," he protested, holding Meditations up.
"Oh shut up..."
After a short while she is ready to attend the ballTheir mother, the queen, comes into the room "boys. Do stop fighting. You both need to be at this ball." She says sternly
"Told you," Giuliano said. Lorenzo put his book down. "I want to he a good leader, just like our grandfather. So when papà dies...""Don't talk like that, Lorenzo!" Their mother hissed.
"What? He is going to die. He can barely walk, mamma, and the gout is getting to to his head. If that's even possible."
Giuliano rolled his eyes.
((Sure))Anyway-- soon people started arriving. Giuliano and his brother were at the door, greeting everyone.
Lena is mingling, talking with her friends
After most of the people arrived, giuliano went into the crowd. Many women watched him with a strange smile...
Lena goes to get something to drink. Being the clumcy self she is, she trips over her own feet
Giuliano was, of course, standing right there. "Signorina," he said quietly, kneeling down to help her up. "Are you alright?"((I am so tired, I didn't sleep last night. Good night :) ))
Nighty night))"Perfectly so." She says with a nod, taking the hand
She smiles a gives him a small curtsy, not realizing who he is
"Sorry, again, signorina," he said with a smile, "Do be careful - I know those shoes are so very hard to walk in..."
"Ill do my best. Clumsiness seems to run in my family" she says as she blushes a little
He smiled and bowed to her again, then someone called his name so he looked in the other direction.
She hears the name then she realizes who he is. "You're highness! Im so sorry i didn't realize who i am talking to." She says and she goes into a somewhat low curtsy
He heard her and turned again. "Do rise, signora," he offered a hand to help her yo.
She stands on her own "I would have bowed straight away had I know it was you"
"It is fine, signora, do not worry," he smiled again.
"So what is the reason of this party?" She asks politly
"No reason," he smiled. "A time to be with friends and acquaintances, and lovely young women like yourself," he took her hand lightly and kissed t.
She blushes slightly "so no particular reason?"
"Just t have a party. To dance and to dine and to drink." He smiled. "Do you care to dance, signora?"
