I understand that rule and have no issue with that. I'm wondering why this rule of 6 or so pages is also applied to this case. The two towers book doesn't start on page 1 or 6 or even 10 but on page 403 as the book page count doesn't reset and start over from 0 but continues from the fellowship book. Same with the return of the king. So if I were to add all the books as read the pages are inflated because two towers includes the page count for it and fellowship while the return of the King page count includes it, the two towers and fellowship. The issue seems to be only with the individual ISBNs for this box set and the box set ISBN is set to a combine page count of 1504, but if I were to tag them individually I come up at 2260 (except the Hobbit as that one is still set to zero). Why would there be no exception to the rule if the individual books starts at the page count continuing from the previous individual book in a box set?

The Hobbit ISBN 978-0-547-92822-7 pages:276
The fellowship of the ring ISBN 978-0-547-92821-0 this one is correct at 398
The two towers ISBN 978-0-547-92820-3 pages: 322
The return of the King ISBN 978-0-547-92829-7 pages (story ends at 277; story and appendixs end at 381; story, appendixs and index at 406, not sure how someone got 432)
