Working on Done.

1) I fixed the page counts on the ones you mentioned.
2) Added publisher to most of them
3) Added a couple covers I noticed were missing for other editions.
4) Did not create a series and add them to it.

a) After I started one of the editions of the first book had a note on it to not add it to a series, since it was a standalone, and that was by a GR employee. If you think that is in error you probably should contact support.
b) On the Author's site they are listed as companion books not as a series.
