SOLVED. Historical romance about a pirate/privateer

So I really don't remember a bunch about this book. I believe the books starts out with the heroine being kidnapped, bound and with a bag over her head. She is in a travern where the hero saves her. He has a brother or a cousin whom they both play the part of the same pirate. I think the hero is a nobleman and the brother/cousin takes his place on the pirate ship when he has to do nobleman stuff.

It has something about a rose. Either the title of the book, the heroines names, or the hero gives her a rose.
