Done. I used the cover from Amazon.

I also added the ASIN, and added it to the series.

Just for a note, we do not mind doing it, but if a book does not have a cover you can add that yourself to books you are the primary author for, by clicking on the edit details link on the book page. Then upload the photo through there.
