Is it possible to add a quote for a specific translation of a book?

I would like to add quotes from the book In The Name of Identity, the English translation of the book Les Identités meurtrières.
When I try to add a quote though it brings up a list of titles that are in various languages, with only one title for each book. Apparently the one that says الهويات القاتلة is the Arabic translation of this same book. I am not given an option in English (or French, etc).

So it seems that the only way I can add a quote and attribute it to this book is to choose the Arabic title and not the English one (or any of the other languages it has been translated into).
Except when I look at quotes from Amin Maalouf I see that there are quotes showing the English version of the title as the source, not the Arabic one.

So it's confusing to me why some have been able to attribute quotes to the English version but I cannot.

I think this is such a wonderful book and I think it would be great for people to attribute quotes in all of the various languages it's in with the corresponding language title, so others who speak that language can see bot the quote and the title in their language. (Sorry that doesn't make sense, I can't figure out how to word it well.)

Quotes can only be added to the work as a whole, not just to a specific edition. Whatever edition is currently the most popular (most shelved by users) is the one that will show up on the list under the author's name when saving a quote. Over time, as users shelve different editions, which edition that is may change. Regardless, each quote is linked to, and will show on the book page of, all editions of the work.
