Please correct page count

This book has 366 pages of content, not 320 (not counting the index and endnotes; these brings the total page count to 402 numbered pages).

Please change this.

Worldcat has 402 pages. Went with that.

Last time I posted a page count for correction, I was told that endmatter was not counted.

Only excerpts for other books and ads for other books are excluded, all other endmatter that relate to the book are included and have been since at least 2009.
