He laughs "That's what I said! But they were just a bunch of lazy people with trusting problems, so yeah..."

"Yup. Just like the police." El said casually.
Merlin frowned "You have problems with them? So do I, thay really don't appreciate magic" he shakes his head and sighs
"Of course I have problems with them. You have no idea how much trouble they cause for slayers." El frowned.
He laughs "Well, the name doesn't help much, I mean, SLAYers! Kind of creepy for thise that don't know what you do" he says
El shrugged. "They just don't understand. The council is no better."
He raises an eyebrow "The council, it that like some secret government organisation? Or what...?"
"They keep track of the Slayers. They've all got sticks up their butts though." El said.
He grins "What an interesting choice of words, have you had any personal problems with them?" He hoped he wasn't overstepping the line, but honestly, he was running out of questions
"'Bout a hundred. They think they can control me. The last slayer had that problem too. But I don't have a Watcher here, so they really aren't a problem right now." El said.
Merlin was really confused about all that she was saying but his face betrayed nothing "Well..That's good, right? A little bit of peace, even though it may not last forever"
"Yeah, peace is good. But it pretty much never happens." El laughed. "It's a world full of demons and vampires!"
