The novel is about your typical zombie apocalypse but has a couple unique features. The protagonist's brother, with the help of his 'ghost' best friend creates zombie armor from pvc fittigs and kevlar body armor. As the story progresses some of the zombies are apparently getting smarter and can talk. As the subject explains I have already read this book but would like to know the title and/or author so that I can see if there is a sequel.
