ABANDONED. Humans have a war that wipes out everyone, and the robot caretakers are left behind, they evolve and wake up the last human every couple of thousand years to try and make him happy, they end up exploring the universe and recreating earth

It’s pre-2000,I think it half of a flip-book, can’t remember the other story on the other side. More of a short story than a full novel.
