Adding Book Cover

Hello:

I would like my book cover to be posted, as it's more attractive to readers. Will someone on the GR end do this, or are there steps I should be taking? NOTE: I am not much of a computer person ;) so if someone else would step in for me, I'd be such a happy girl.
