The Eye of the World Introduction

We'll start off the read through with book one of the series, The Eye of the World.

The official group dates for the Eye of the World are February 1 through 29. Given that this is our first book, this will be somewhat experimental in approach, but a month seems manageable for the book.

Just to make discussions easier to sort, I'm going to break down the book into four parts and set dates within the month to read those chapters. Again, this is experimental so we'll see how this works, and if it doesn't we can try something else! I do want feedback on how the dates are set

So the official dates are:

February 1 - February 8: Prologue through Chapter 13
February 9 - February 15: Chapter 14 through Chapter 27
February 16 - February 22: Chapter 28 through Chapter 39
February 23 - February 29: Chapter 40 to the end

I broke these down more by length rather than any sort of storylines or arcs, so I'm not really sure where each break lies.

Despite these being the "official" dates, don't feel obligated to stick to them. Read at your own pace, whether that be slower or faster. Just know that once these dates pass, discussions about the chapters covered are fair game and not considered spoilers. If you want to discuss things that the group hasn't officially gotten to, please be sure to mark all spoilers.

This will be my third time reading the Eye of the World, and I'm very excited!
