I always read each manuscript completely three times. Three times to make sure. Also, I suggest different words or placement of words to clarify or hone your work. These suggestions are only that, suggestions, and up to you whether to use them or not. I separate them in parentheses to make it easier for you to accept or dismiss them. Because, it's your work, and it remains your work. It never becomes mine.
I offer a free 500-word sample, and charge .004/word USD thereafter. I keep my fee low because I know it's a big deal, although necessary, for the new author.
