Cole came back feeling very stupid. " Um" he said cautiously. " I forgot to give you something" he said. Then he saw her crying. "Lara" he said " What's wrong?" Cole pulled her hand gently out of the cafeteria and into the hallway where they first met. " Do you want to tlk about it?"

Cole looked at her. " Lara" he said " Don't feel sorry. If anything I'm sorry" he sat down with her on te floor. " It reminded me of the fox you had when I first came" he said clasping it around her neck. Cole looked at her softly. " Did you ever love me for me or my name?" he asked softly
(Uh... I'm on a school computer and I can't see the picture, it's blocked. :/ )"Of course I still have the necklace!" Lara said, her hiccups stopping. She pulled it out and whispered," I was going to give it back to you..." Lara sighed. Then she heard Cole's question. She looked at him, eyes brimming with tears. "Why would I-" she stopped abruptly.
" It's not like that" Cole said quickly. " I liked you so much" he confessed. " But I'm a Wishstar. I wasn't sure. I had a girlfriend once who simply used me" he said. Then he heard the next part. " You were going to give it back?" he asked stung.Cole looked at her. " You were the one person I could trust" he said softly. " You were the one reason i stayed at Foxfire. That day when you gave up on me. When you yelled at me." he voice cracked. " I never gave up on Cara" he winced thinking about it. " Lole? Cara? Coara? Larole?" He said " Wow. I'm bad at coming up with ship names huh?" Cole asked. " Lara means protection" he continued " You protected me. My mom. She's a member of the Black Rose" he said. " The reason she stayed with them was becuase when i found out I told her she would never be my family again."
( the necklace is silver like a moon and in a circle shape. On the left side it's in a cresent moon form and the cresent moon is made of diamonds. the right side is what's left of the circle and it was a wolf)

"I was going to give it back because I thought you didn't care for me anymore." Lara listened to Cole and started to snort at his ship names. Then her eyes teared up and she hugged him. "I had no idea..." She hugged him fiercely. Then she bit her lip and muttered," Oh, and by the way, your sister probably hates me now."
" Liliana?" he asked " She doesn't hate you" he promised hugging her back " She's just too prideful to say that so I'm the messenger" he said " But which ship name do you like best? Colara?" he asked
"Probably Cara," Lara snorted. She leaned up back against the wall and told Cole quietly," Please don't break your mind again." She shudders. "It broke me too..."
" Cara?' Cole asked grinning. His smile fell. " I know" he said softly " Eva told me"
"It was horrible. Horrible. Everything just shattered and Eva helped me and I ran and locked myself in my locker while Adelina and Aspen threw eggs at me." Lara smiles a little.
Cole smiled. " Well" he said slowly. " I might not go the party"
"I have to. My parents are like,' It's an opportunity to dress up and be social,' and whatever, so now I have to wear a dress and a bunch of itchy stuff." Lara made a face.
Cole looked at her. " After the dance do you want to come to my house to hang out?' he asked " Or you can come the next day" he said
"But what about Jenelle?" Lara asked. "I thought she was your girlfriend?" Lara looked away, biting her lip anxiously.

Cole burst out laughing. " No" he promised " I'm definatly not dating"
Lara's face showed relief. "But earlier, I saw her holding your arm..." Lara thought back.
" She's my friend" Cole said very confuzzled
Lara's face cleared. "I meant to tell you earlier, and I bet you already know this, but I like you a lot. Like a lot a lot." Lara blushed beet red.
Cole looked at her. " I heard you were going with this boy though?" cole said
"Huh? No, I'm not going with anyone." Lara thought about the dance. "I'm probably just going to be talking with friends."
Lara nodded. "She helped me while I was... broken."
Lara nodded. "So, what's been going on lately?" Lara tried to get them on a better topic.
" Well Serenity got permission to keep a pet fox" Cole said
"She showed me one. His name was Aspen and I think he was a Winterfox. My parents got me a Firefox!" Lara called for Adelina who scampered over and sat down, looking at Cole who she had named,' The boy on the ground.'
" My parents got me a SunFox" Cole said. STella's head popped up
"What's her name?" Lara asked.
Lara nodded. "That's a cool name!"
Lara smiled. "What does she do?"
" She's basically a Flasher" Cole said

Bridget put the wrist adornment on and smiled. "It's so pretty! What else can you do with your ability?" Haylee laughed. "I can do a lot of things actually. One of the coolest is I can create an animal that acts pretty much like a wild one of the same species. But they wouldn't have any magic or abilities, like being about to burst into flame unless I use a special material to create that effect." Bridget oohed and grinned happily.
