Can a librarian kindly merge the same book into one listing, please?

The fourth and final book in my fantasy series (The Canary That Sang to the World) has two listings for some reason. The previous three were all merged into one listing. Since 'Canary' has started to get some reviews, I was hoping they'd be listed together instead of broken up.
Could a librarian help me with this? Please and thank you!

It has two editions because one is the paperback and the other the kindle edition. I combined them.
