SOLVED. Historical romance: Heroine has accident about half through the book and can't walk [s]

Hi. I read this book about a year ago but it was a few year older( I don't know how many).
Part of the book was set in London and part at the hero's home, which I think was in the highlands.
The hero and heroine come from 2 rival families. They get married and she goes to live with him in his castle or smt like that. I remember that he mainly married her because of her dowry. They start to fall in love. Someone in the household keeps creating all this trouble( we find out later that it's the hero's mother and she tricked the hero's cousin/brother to help her). At some point the heroine's family sends a letter saying they're coming to visit. The castle the hero and heroine are leaving in wasn't in the best of conditions and they start restoring it to prepare for the visit as the hero wants to show the heroine's father that he can give her the same life-stile that she had in her parents home.

(view spoiler)[ I know that the mother tried to kill the h's family when the came because she wanted to start a war between the 2 clans. The heroine found out about it and tried to stop it but in the process she fell over a cliff and broke her legs. I remember that her father sent for the family doctor and that he says that even if she survived she wouldn't be able to walk anymore. When the h wakes up after the accident she has this idea that because she is now crippled and the H doesn't love her(he never said he did) she isn't useful to him anymore so she leaves the hero and goes back to her parents house.
After a few months her parents come to the hero to ask for his help. The h is depressed and she started being mean to everyone, she went to London for the season and she was staying in her uncles home.
The parents offer to teach the hero how to behave as a gentleman and pay for his expenses while in London.
Anyway he goes to London and attends the same parties as the heroine and takes her out as she didn't go out except for balls. He starts encouraging her to try and walk again now that her legs are healed and she eventually does. They make up and have a hea.
I also remember a side story about the heroine's cousin being pregnant with the hero's cousin/brother and that when she came back to London with the heroine after the accident she says to everyone that she got married in the highlands but her husband died. (hide spoiler)]

I hope someone recognises this book because it's been bugging me for a week now. I had the book as an epub and although I looked trough my library I couldn't find it but that could also be because I lost some books that I didn't backup when my previous laptop died.

Unfortunately that's not it either. But I remembered that the hero's mother killed his father but the heroine's family got blamed for it. Also I think that the ending was something along the lines that despite her accident and even if she now walked with a limp she still had children but I'm not completely sure about this. Thanks again for trying. :)
