1) Done, taking a look but think you have dups, will take care of if it ends up that way.
2) The only edition of that book I see without a cover is the ebook. Is it the same cover as the amazon edition?

Thank you for the "Dones" and I should have mentioned that all of my books are Kindle eBooks only; no hard or soft covers. So, yes, all covers are the same (with only the title text changed). Thank you!
