Nanci | 64 comments OK, I already finished Jackaby. It was a fun mystery with lots of laughts. We cheated a little and listened to it in the car on a trip we were taking. A great way to pass the time. Jackaby is quite a character. I didn't realize there would be paranormal elements to it but it is very fun. Not as historical as I thought it would be because the town is fictional. There are a few mysteries and surprises along the way but I don't want to give away the delight of the discovery. This book solves the mystery but leaves it open for other paranormal mysteries to solve. I think we will also find out more about the characters as they go on. I don't know if another is planned but I would read another book featuring Jackaby.

Wow Nanci, you were super fast! I am glad you liked it. I can't wait to start this one...Was the narrator really good?

Nanci | 64 comments The narrator was pretty good. Not fantastic but good enough to enjoy the book.
